The Crestmoor neighborhood is located between 6th Avenue,
Alameda, Quebec, and Holly. Like its eastern neighbor
Hilltop, Crestmoor is one of Denver’s most desired neighborhoods.
The Crestmoor neighborhood is experiencing renewed vitality,
particularly in the area surrounding Crestmoor Park where
new construction abounds and existing homes are being
remodeled. Extra large lots and sprawling ranches typify
this neighborhood. Home prices start in the mid
