Bonnie Brae

The Bonnie Brae neighborhood is located just south of
Cherry Creek in between University and Steele( from east
to west) and Exposition to Mississippi (from North to
South). The Bonnie Brae real estate area is designed
to resemble a small Scottish village. The word "Bonnie
Brae," means "pleasant hill," and this
neighborhood certainly lives up to its name with it’s
curved streets and architectural styles that include
English Tudors, Cape Cods, and brick ranches. Like many
of Denver’s older central neighborhoods, new construction
is quite prevalent. Home prices range from $350k-2.5
million. Some of Denver's most enduring haunts are located
in Bonnie Brae: including Bonnie Brae Ice Cream, Bonnie
Brae Pizza, Bonnie Brae Liquors, the Campus Lounge and
the Saucy Noodle, an American bistro, modern coffee bar,
and one of Denver's most exquisite card shops, The Papery.
Check out one of the best Ice Cream shops in Denver, Bonnie
