Berkeley
The Berkeley neighborhood is located in north west Denver
and comprised of artsy boutiques, art galleries, local
indie restaurants, and an eclectic mix of businesses.
It’s an area that’s been high on growth recently with
diversity and charm. The arts are dominant here, and
so every month Berkeley hosts the First Fridays Art Walk.
38th ave, Sheridan , Federal Blvd, and 52nd Ave are the
approximate boundaries of this neighborhood. A mix of
1940’s and 1950’s ranch style homes, 1920’s bungalows,
and new construction predominate this neighborhood. For
